🆓 Help QR is a completely free application. We do not charge any fees for downloading or using any core features of the app. This Refund Policy applies to optional donations or any future premium features.
1. Free Service
The Help QR app is completely free to download and use. All core emergency safety features — including QR code generation, lock screen setup, emergency contact management, and the inactivity alert — are available at no cost and will remain free forever.
2. Optional Donations
Help QR accepts voluntary donations to support ongoing development and maintenance. Donations are made at your discretion and are deeply appreciated. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
- Donations are non-refundable unless required by law
- Donations do not grant any additional app features or privileges
- Donations are used solely to support app development and infrastructure costs
3. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)
If Help QR introduces optional premium features in the future, refund requests for such purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at helpqr.org/contact with your transaction details.
4. Google Play / App Store Refunds
If you made a purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store, their respective refund policies apply. We encourage you to contact the platform directly:
