When scanned by any smartphone camera, this QR code enables communication with your pre-designated emergency contacts (your "Help Circle"). The Service is designed to assist in emergency situations where the user cannot communicate verbally.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Help QR, you agree to:
- Provide accurate emergency contact information
- Keep your emergency contact information up to date
- Obtain consent from individuals you list as emergency contacts
- Not use the Service for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate the app
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Help QR is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will always be available or error-free
- Emergency contacts will be successfully reached in every situation
- The Service will function in areas with no mobile or internet connectivity
- The QR code will be scannable under all physical conditions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Help QR and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of life, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
6. Free Service & Optional Donations
Help QR is and will remain free for all users. We accept optional voluntary donations to support development. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle donors to any additional features or premium services unless explicitly stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, code, and functionality of Help QR are the exclusive property of Help QR and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Delete Account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
